This invention relates to medicine, in particular to gynecology.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce trauma due to a decrease in current density when making a passive electrode in the form of branches, the working ends of which have the shape of half-rings.

The device includes two electrodes: passive and active. To excise the cervix or for diathermocoagulation of eroded areas on the cervix, after a corresponding toilet of the vaginal-cervical section, a passive electrode is applied to the base of the cervix, Fig. 1, half ring 1, is wrapped around the cervix, the position is fixed and the electrode is attached, through the plug socket 3, to one of the bipolar contacts of the generator in / h.
Depending on the nature of the operation, a cutting tool 5 is inserted into the active electrode collet (Fig. 3), then the electrode is connected to the second contact of the bipolar output of the generator in / h, after which electrosurgical manipulation is performed.
The advantage of the device is that the treatment efficacy is significantly increased, the procedure is significantly painless, there is no blood loss, the harmful effects of current in / h on the pelvic organs are eliminated, due to the fact that concentration and direction of the / h is only directly on the affected areas of the Uterus of the uterus .
